The timeline typically varies based on the plot area, design complexity, and the number of floors. For a standard duplex home under our packages, construction generally takes between 8 to 14 months. We provide a projected timeline during the agreement phase and monitor site progress strictly to avoid unnecessary delays.

While our "With Material Construction" packages offer the most seamless, hassle-free experience, you can absolutely hire us exclusively for standalone services like Architectural Planning, Structural Drawings, VDA Map Sanctions, or Interior Designing for your existing space.
Our packages (Budget, Standard, and Classic) feature upfront, transparent pricing per square foot based on the slab area. The rates are fixed for the structural and material specifications agreed upon in the contract. Any variance only occurs if there are changes in the scope of work, extra depth in foundation beyond 5 feet, or separate requirements like boring and boundary walls.
